Since every house/business gets dirty at a different rate keep a close eye on your home/business to see when it is due for an exterior Maintenace wash.

Are There Any Steps I Must do Prior to My Cleaning?

Yes, to ensure the safety of your property please remove all personal belongings and delicate pots/decorations/outdoor furniture etc... from the areas that you are wanting to be cleaned. Make sure all doors, and windows are shut and secured. If washing your house, please have your furry friends restrained or indoors for safety purposes. If you wish to raise/remove the screens on your windows so the dirt won't remain locked inside your windowsills feel free to do so. If you have exterior outlets that are not waterproof, use your breaker box to shut off power during the cleaning. If you are running off of a well, we ask that you hold off doing anything that uses water during the cleaning.  If cleaning a driveway/parking garage assure the removing of any and all vehicles for a proper and complete clean.
